If you want to do some "traditional" writing, I found this link on busyteacher.org and I really like some of the topics / ideas (and there are 600 different ones!):

ReplyDeleteThese ideas would certainly get creative ideas flowing....and I can see myself using the first two as speaking activities (always on the lookout for fresh situations to give students to practise 2nd conditional!).
